Los Angeles Law Firm Office Expansion and Tenant Improvement Project 

This was part of a series of commercial furniture projects with distinguished business law firm Buchalter. The project encompassed comprehensive tenant improvement and office expansion, meticulously tailored to meet the firm’s specific needs and elevate their workspace. We had the pleasure of working alongside Aref & Associates who handled the furniture design and selection. This allowed us to work together to ensure the office furniture layout and finishes complimented the overarching office design. 

New Conference Rooms  

At the heart of the office expansion are the newly designed conference rooms, each featuring custom stone conference tables that serve as the focal point of these essential meeting areas. These tables are not only aesthetically striking but also durable, providing a sophisticated and resilient surface for legal discussions and client consultations. Complementing these tables, ergonomic seating and advanced AV integration ensure that each conference room is both functional and inviting.

Refurbished Collaborative & Welcome Areas  

We designed the lobby area with furnishings to enhance the open office environment and create a welcoming yet professional space. High-end seating area furniture coupled with a strategic layout, enhance the lobby’s ambiance, ensuring that clients feel valued from the moment they enter. 

Additionally, the training room was outfitted with flexible, high-quality furniture to support various training formats, fostering an environment conducive to continuous professional development.

Further enhancing the firm’s workspace, the break area and common areas contain furnishings with employee well-being in mind. Comfortable seating options, communal tables, and thoughtfully placed decor create a relaxing atmosphere where staff can unwind and recharge. 

Taking the Design Outside with this Office Expansion Project

We completed the office expansion with the inclusion of outdoor furniture. This bespoke collection of commercial outdoor furniture extends this comfort to exterior spaces, offering a serene environment for breaks and informal meetings.
